As CAS’ Founder and Head Coach, Heidi Farrell leads chiropractic teams to greater levels of success through a systematic process of self-discovery, self-discipline, accountability, training, goal setting and motivation.
Her vision of personalized service is unsurpassed in the management and consulting industry today. Since the inception of Chiro Advance Services, Heidi has consulted and coached hundreds of individuals and teams. Her influence has led many to achieve Extreme Team status through CAS.
Heidi’s desire to see chiropractic regarded as the number one healthcare profession in the world has fed her passion. Under her guidance, practices across the county have benefited from adopting her strategies for implementing wellness philosophies into their offices and have grown unencumbered from challenging issues facing the profession, including health insurance limitations and sick care mentalities.
In addition to her consulting and coaching work with CAS, she provided coaching services to Ward Success Systems for many years and is a highly regarded, internationally known motivational speaker and author. Her work has appeared in such publications as Chiro Economics Magazine, Parker Share and American Chiropractor, and she is called upon regularly to share her inspirational message and experiences of chiropractic success at venues such as Life College, Palmer College, Parker College, Sherman College and multiple State Associations.
Heidi's achievements have been recognized time and again within the profession. She has been the recipient of several industry awards including the Management Consultant of the Year, CA of the Year and the I-CARE Consultant of the Year.

A firm believer in maximizing strengths, she is intrigued with the unique qualities of individuals, systems and processes, and has a knack for pulling them together into concise and workable plans. One of Kim’s specialties is implementing Workplace and Community Outreach Programs, promoting the benefits of health and wellness to companies and organizations of all sizes.
She has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and project management. Her experience in working directly with human resource professionals, managers and business owners provides her unique perspective into what is important to companies and organizations today—The desire to achieve success and profitability through the increased performance and productivity of their people.
Armed with this knowledge Kim works with CAS members to educate organizations about the rewards to be gained by promoting a healthy workforce and membership—a positive impact to their bottom line through lower healthcare benefit costs, decreased absenteeism, fewer incidence of disability and injury and increased performance and productivity.
Kim is a regular presenter at CAS’s Power Seminars, speaking on such topics as teambuilding, techniques for effective team interaction, community outreach, and marketing success strategies. Her enthusiasm, high-energy, and approachable style connects on a personal level with a wide array of audiences.

Kasha has a degree in Marketing from North Michigan University. She has
many years of advertising, marketing and design experience however it was
after seeking relief from daily headaches that she realized her love for the
chiropractic profession. It was after being recruited by her Chiropractor
and his team that she joined the practice as an office manager and adapted
her marketing and business management skills to the unique needs of the
wellness chiropractic office.
Her past experience in a chiropractic practice helps Kasha relate to the
many joys and challenges of working in a chiropractic office and allows her
to efficiently coordinate the many priorities of servicing our members. As
part of the CAS team you can now count on her for a variety of support
including assisting with the management of our CA “University” and CA Skill
Assessment programs, providing weekly communication, updates and reminders
to our CAS members, assisting with the creation of marketing programs and
tools, customizing and creating forms and providing timely support for our
many website functions and tools.
Kasha has seen many miracles during her years in the chiropractic field.
These experiences have given her first hand knowledge of the benefits of
chiropractic as well as a passion for supporting the profession to do their
amazing work!
